As an LEA, you have dozens of reporting requirements submitted through numerous local, state, and federal submissions systems. Data is often collected and stored separately and rarely is obtainable in the exact format required for reporting. We can extract and clean data from your school systems and prepare it for final submission automatically, ready when you need it.

With constrained budgets already running as tight as possible, we price our services by-the-hour or by project, whichever makes more sense for your situation. We always seek to deliver more for your money.

School boards are comprised of volunteers and often bring together folks with varying levels of data literacy. Boards require reports that quickly and accurately convey relevant school information. Meetings are also public, so board materials must be designed with the public in mind. We can provide Board reports for any level of data literacy in a variety of formats so that school administration, board members, and parents are on the same page.
Proper presentation of data is key to identifying actionable insights. What good are reports filled with page after page of charts with no explanation? Our visualizations are specifically designed with each stakeholder in mind to highlight relevant insights so data consumers with any level of data literacy can understand and act on them; all while being visually appealing and easy to understand.
Schools are required to report data throughout the school year to various local, state, and federal stakeholders, often through an assorted collection of systems; each with their own data formatting and submission requirements. We can extract, clean, transform and prep your data for submission so all you have to do is upload. Better yet, we’ll take care of that too if you prefer!
